Christian Sympathy. We hold in our prayers long-time member Ruth Block and her family, whose husband Vincent A. Block, 91, died at home in Windermere, FL August 29 surrounded by family. Your dishes are on the counter in the office.     Rally Day -- Sunday September 12, 2010, One Service at 9:30 AM.  We invite you gather together as a family and kick off the 2010-11 program year.  Grab a name tag before the service and learn our neighbors’ names.  At 9:30 families will enter the sanctuary together, and after the children’s message, children will proceed outside for games and activities – Children of all ages preschool to high school are asked to participate this year.  After the service, we invite the entire congregation for a picnic on the lawn. The main dish and drinks will be provided. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share (look for a signup sheet on the bulletin board or call the church office).
