Welcome to our Learning Ministry

Children are the future of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. What they learn about Jesus Christ now will help to shape and mold their beliefs, and help them throughout their lives to be spiritual leaders to others. It is our wish that as families, children and parents will grow together in their love and knowledge of God's word. Sunday School is held at 9:30 am on Sunday mornings for children ages 3 - 6th grade.

Following the "Children's Message" in Church the children proceed as an entire group to Augustana Hall to sing songs and hear Bible stories. Children then disperse into their age level classrooms to dig deeper into God's word by participating in various activities. Holy Trinity also provides many family events throughout the year. They consist of a Halloween Carnival, Christmas Decorating Party, "Have-a-Heart" Breakfast, which is a fundraiser for the Sunday School Mission Project each year, an End of the Year Picnic and Vacation Bible School held in June.

Children are also encouraged to participate in our annual Christmas Program and annual variety show called May Madness. There are many opportunities for both children and parents to socialize with each other and share God's love. We would love to have you be a part of our Holy Trinity Family!
