Rally Day Success!
Sunday, September 12, members of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church gathered in their backyard for a picnic to kick-off the 2010-11 Program Year.
During the 9:30 service children participated in face painting, frozen t-shirt contest, banner decorating, and learned about the new year of activities. After the service the adult joined the children in a balloon launch.
After a dining al fresco on burgers, brats, and a potluck assortment of salads and desserts; the children from ages three to ninety three participated in pie eating contests, sack races, and a water balloon toss.
According to Megan Dillon, “This was the best rally day ever!”

Holy Trinity offers children and youth programs for children from pre-school to high school.
During the 9:30 service, children from age 3 to fifth grade participate in a structured curriculum highlighting the stories of the Old Testament and parables from the New Testament.
Children six through eighth grade attend classes that supplement their confirmation curriculum. High School students get to participate in ski-trips, go on retreats, visit churches of other faiths, eat pizza, and play softball.
