Taizé Prayer originates from the contemplative prayer tradition of the Taizé Community in France.  It is meditative, common prayer.

Gathering in the presence of Christ, we sing uncomplicated repetitive songs, uncluttered by too many words, allowing the mystery of God to become tangible through the beauty of simplicity.

Taizé Prayer is held at 7:00 pm on the second Friday of each month from September through May.
